Cancellation and prepayment policies when booking a room on Non-working days, Public holidays, St. Petersburg’s Economic Forum dates
In most cases there is no need in securing your reservation with a credit card, you are eligible for our Reservation Guarantee without it. Only reservation for several rooms and certain arrival dates must be guaranteed to a major credit card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard). Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit.
The list of the periods (dates) which require special booking conditions:
27.04.2024 - 30.04.2024 - (May 1) - Spring and Labour Day;
08.05.2024 - 11.05.2024 - (May 9) - Victory Day;
12.06.2024 - (June 12 ) - Russia day.
05.06.2024 - 07.06.2024 - St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
It is not possible to book a room for less than two nights during the indicated periods.
So the minimum period of the stay is two nights. We can not book a one-night stay during the indicated periods in advance. In case if your booking period (the dates, on which you are planning to stay at our hotel) captures at least one night of the indicated periods – all special booking conditions are valid for your booking.
The first night stay prepayment is a mandatory requirement for all bookings during the indicated periods.
The first night stay prepayment should be done within 20 days before the date of arrival.
If there is less than 20 days before your arrival the prepayment should be done within 3 working days from the date when you receive an official booking confirmation from our hotel.
If the booking is cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In that case we guarantee to refund your money in full (prepayment for the accommodation will be returned).
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
For our guests there is an opportunity to make a prepayment by credit card through an authorization charge-off form.
All the necessary information will be provided enclosed to the booking confirmation.
We take great care while handling your credit card information and do not share any of your information with other vendors and partners.
The residue (remaining part of the total accommodation amount) can be paid upon your arrival at the reception of the hotel.
Please note: We accept only Russian Roubles in cash. Also we accept all kinds of credit cards except Diners Club.
The minimum amount for the accommodation that should be paid upon arrival at the reception is two night stay (as there is a prepayment for the first night stay before the arrival, so it is supposed to pay for the second night stay by check-in). In case if changing your reservation after check-in (already settled in the room) the prepayment for the first two nights is a fee and is not a subject for refund.
If you are booking a room through some third-party/other booking systems (not directly through our hotel’s booking center) the booking policies may differ.

Reservations
In order to be sure that there are no changes in a reservation the hotel has a right to make some telephone calls to the person who made a reservation. There will be no phone calls if the booked stay was paid (total or part) or it was secured with a credit card.
* Prepayment (upfront money) is not a necessary condition to make a guaranteed reservation (except when you are booking a room on the dates which are indicated above) . But it is desirable that you pay in advance for your booked stay (for the first day only or for the whole stay completely).
* If accommodation is paid for in cash (in ready money) or by credit card – payment has to be done at check in. You do not have to pay for the whole stay at once, you might pay regularly for a day or several days in advance.
* If paying by bank transfer (Russian Roubles only) prepayment is absolutely necessary.
* Payment at check out is unacceptable, inadmissible.
